Comment: A1 Oxtgen went above and beyond today to deliver portable oxygen to me. Fred of outside sales was good at helping me understand the options and rerouting my call to Ed. Ed from customer service had great patience and knowledge, he quickly got on the horn to deliver quickly my much needed oxygen. Comment: I needed a new walker as soon as possible, and Medicare referred me to A-!. I called them in the morning and Ed took my qualifying records over the phone. He was warm and helpful. (That makes a difference when youre trying to find medical needs - never a happy shopping time.)Everything was authorized and paid for by the next day, along with my delivery.Id absolutely call these folks first for any sickroom or medical supplies you may need.
