Comment: If you want friendly neighborhood service than by all means patronize Echo Park Pharmacy small business and stay away from the chain stores. This is a small pharmacy where the owner knows your name and appreciates your business. Keep your business local where youre appreciated. As a small business owner myself I recognize and appreciate service and the pricing is fair .

Comment: Best customer experience I have ever had at a Pharmacy. I have been taking my medications for years so I have switched between a lot of pharmacies. They are very polite and knowledgable. They go out of the way to take care of you. They really helped me out in a couple of occasions:1. I had to take a last minute work trip and I was unable to refill my medication before I left. They were happy to transfer my prescription over to Maryland within 1 hour to make sure I am not without my medication.2. One of the medication I take regularly was recalled by the manufacture. The pharmacist called me to inform me and volunteered to call my doctor to ask for a replacement. With them being a local business, I was worried about the price being higher but somehow I am paying less out of pocket than I was at Costco. Thanks guys!
