Comment: A lot of my family members have worked in the medical field, myself included. I did medical records coding when i was in the United States Air Force.This is the best staff of any convalescent home ever. it has a relaxed atmosphere and the patients don’t look like patients it is more like a place to stay when family can’t care for you. I want to go here if I get too i’ll to care for myself.Los Flores is vey clean, the visitors bathroom was beautiful! They have signs all over the hallway announcing events and about nutrition.I saw a room full of patients playing bingo. And best of all I drove 77 miles to see my old friend from my teenage hood And she was happier and more animated than the last time I saw her in the early 1990’s!The day before they had give her a birthday party with cake and music! While her daughter was worried about Carolyn being alone in her room on her birthday she was outside having a party!I love 💕 this place.My biggest pet peeve with convalescent homes is the strong odor of disinfectants as though the staff was trying to cancel out the odor and the patients. This place had a pleasant odor and was spotless.My friend’s daughter used to work here years ago and she wouldn’t put her mom anywhere else. Her family members visit her mom because she lives in Las Vegas but they speak of this place in glowing terms as well!I didn’t go crazy with the photos because there were patients walking around and i wheel chairs and i did not want to put their photos online out of respect for them and the institute. and their privacy
