Comment: MedSafe is dependable and the drivers are nice. I needed transport for my o who lives in Los Angeles on short notice. I was able to arrange a ride for her. Booking it was easy. The van was clean and the drivers were nice and concerned about her safety. I highly recommend this company!

Comment: So grateful we discovered MedSafe. They have such courteous drivers. They’re always on time and were super patient when putting my dad on the stretcher, and allow me to travel with him in the van for free to Davita. There have been times when our dialysis appointments ran longer than expected but the drivers waited. Thanks for your kindness!

Comment: The company I was using called last minute to say they couldn’t keep our appointment! So, I frantically called around. MedSafe was a lifesaver! They answered my call late at night and they were able to accommodate my grandma for her scheduled dialysis appointment the next day. My grandma, who is not the easiest person in the world to please said the driver was “very friendly, on time, and polite!” She told me she only wanted to work with this company from now on - so we switched.

Comment: We were so pleased with the service our Mom got with Medsafe that we will only use them from now on. When they picked her up, the driver, I think his name was Willy, was so kind and helpful and made my mom feel safe and respected. But most importantly they were on time and the van was clean.

Comment: Medsafe transported my 97-year-old mother who is bedbound, over 65 miles and it could not have gone better. The owner Alan was in constant contact with me, I knew when they arrived, when they left, and when they were arriving at the new location and they were very kind and considerate to my mother throughout the entire trip. I am forever grateful for their expertise, professionalism and kindness They showed to my mom and to me. I highly recommend his company to anybody considering transporting an elderly family member. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Comment: I never knew anything about stretchers or transporting a patient until I was forced to learn because of my mom. Thanks to Medsafe, I now understand. They were very helpful, understanding, and patient with me, but more important is that my mom loves them. I highly recommend them.

Comment: After 5 years of using this company for my father, Im finally writing a review. Not only are they always on time and reliable, but they are so kind, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. My father has trouble walking, and all of their drivers are patient with him and assist him in getting into their vans. I cannot thank you guys enough!
