Comment: Thank you Shawn and Stephanie! I had an important package that was lost by the post office. I let Shawn at Wilshire Shipping know after the tracking didnt update for 5 days. So they had me bring a replacement package, and they shipped it out overnight by UPS at no charge to make sure my mom got her package by her birthday. I really appreciate they helped me and this was great customer service. -Veronica

Comment: Best place to get documents notorized. Quick, no hassle, and professional. Lady knows English, mandarin, and maybe Cantonese. Her coworker knows English and Korean. She even gave us some pointers and ideas for lunch around. Very satisfied. =)

Comment: Stephanie is phenomenal, kind and patient! She helped us out with our notary documents. It’s our first time getting our stuff notarized and she guided us the whole way! When I made a mistake on the document, she pointed it out and made sure I have a chance to correct it before we conveniently mailed out our documents with her. Definitely coming back to Wilshire Shipping Center!

Comment: Aroma Spa is a golf driving range building (behind Starbucks), and they also provide post office Korea courier, passport photo, document scan, document notarization mailbox service. . Family owned & super friendly workers!Grabbed a rice crispy to go after I dropped off they have candies & chocolates like Oreos KitKats and Reese’s, mints and gums, also some Korean drink gift box set available like coco palm :)We also sell juices such as coco palm and sack sack for hospitality drinks, and we also buy chocolate bars, drinks, and rice crisps whenever we drop off items from the post office on the side street of Starbucks.Koreans do it, so they sell hootgae tea, barley tea, and vitamin drinks.The English-speaking staff are also very kind. They were so patient with all of my questions, running multiple quotes and estimates, and giving me as many options as I needed to make the best decision.I ended up coming back a second time to ship more bags, and they not only remembered my name, they expedited the entire process for me as soon as I walked in.I defy you to find better service at any of the major brand name shipping locations.
